Disable theme drop down and tagline from SilverStripe admin

Prior to going live with a website based on the SilverStripe CMS, you may wish to disable the Site Tagline/Slogan and the Theme dropdown to prevent your clients from changing the theme by mistake and therefore undoing all the great work you've put in. Here's how to do it and the good news is it's really simple.
